Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to achieve an objective. It is the ability to persuade others to reach their objectives enthusiastically. Leadership is a very important trait in one's life. You can say that

 "LEADERSHIP IS SOMETHING WHICH CAN'T BE TOUCHED, YOU CAN'T FEEL, IT IS        NOT TANGIBLE; BUT YOU MOST CERTAINLY RECOGNIZE IT WHEN YOU SEE IT."

Practically speaking at the end of your life you would either say,"I wish I could.... " or "I'm glad I did...".What ever you say would depend on whether you have lived a life of a follower or a leader. In other words....

       "Either you will control your own destiny or someone else will surely control it                                                                       for you "  

The skill of leadership teaches us to become a person something more than average. Also it is all about listening to others and valuing their opinions. Leader must follow a thing i.e.
                         "It is not important that you have knowledge,                                                           but it is important that you show that you have knowledge"

Also keep in mind that DISCIPLINE results in creation of SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP CHARACTER.

All in all leaders are great visionaries with ability to understand larger picture and perceive the events as well as their future outcomes based on the understanding and synthesis of present and past events and their outcomes.

At last a leader must always keep in mind that :                                                                                                              "If one fails to plan, he/she plans to fail"

Again a question how much could it accommodate?

Round an round about 20000-25000 and above. also there are some skyscrapers which can accommodate about in lacs of population.

So coming to the conclusion we must not grow our construction in width and length but in great heights
